Acceptable Use Policy

Content you may not create or publish

• Anything illegal where you or your audience live, or that promotes illegal activity.
• Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit content, or content that sexualises real people without their consent.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or content that attacks people for who they are (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability and similar).
• Content that promotes self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights — including music you don't have a licence for.

AI avatars, voices and likeness

• Don't create avatars or voices that imitate a real, identifiable person without their written permission.
• Don't present an AI avatar as a real customer giving a genuine testimonial or review.
• Don't use AI to put words in the mouth of a public figure, or to make fake news, political deepfakes or election misinformation.
• Keep AI-generated labels that platforms add, and disclose AI use where the law or a platform requires it.

Advertising and claims

• Don't make false or unsupported health, medical, financial or "get rich" claims.
• Follow advertising rules where you sell — for example, disclose paid partnerships and don't invent prices, discounts or scarcity.
• Don't advertise regulated goods (weapons, drugs, gambling, adult services) where it isn't allowed.

Spam and platform rules

• Follow the rules of every platform you post to (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). They can restrict reach or remove accounts.
• Don't use campaigns to flood platforms with duplicate or near-identical posts, fake engagement or misleading metadata.
• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

Using the Service fairly

• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around plan limits, credits or rate limits.
• Don't share accounts outside your team, resell access, or create multiple accounts to get extra trials or credits.
• Don't use the API, webhooks or MCP server to do anything this policy forbids.
• Don't upload malware or use the Service to attack other systems.

Enforcement

We may remove content, pause campaigns, disconnect accounts, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, without refund. Where it's safe and reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
