What's a credit?
Credits pay for AI work: writing a slideshow, generating an image, narrating a slide, an avatar clip. Rendering the video itself is free. Every plan gets a fresh batch of plan credits each month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset each month and don't roll over. Credits you buy as add-on packs never expire.
Does the free trial need a card?
Yes. Paid-plan trials need a card on file, and there's one trial per account. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in the app, any time. Plans renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
All purchases are final — we don't offer refunds on plans or credits.
What does “bring your own keys” mean?
On the BYOK plan, AI writing, images and voice run on your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, fal.ai or Replicate keys and cost no credits — you pay the provider directly. AI avatar clips still use credits.
Which platforms can it post to?
TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn. Connect your accounts once and campaigns post on your schedule, without double posts.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, with one click. Upgrades are prorated straight away; when you move to a cheaper plan, the unused time goes towards your next invoice.
