What a TikTok scheduler should do
Posting consistently is the single most reliable way to grow on TikTok. A TikTok scheduler lets you plan posts ahead and publish them automatically at the right time, so a busy week doesn't break your streak.
Standalone schedulers make you export a video, upload it again, write the caption and pick a time. ReelFrames removes the hand-off: every video you make in the Slideshow Maker, Bulk Video Maker or UGC Video Maker can be scheduled directly from your Library, and campaigns can schedule videos that don't exist yet.
How to schedule TikTok posts in ReelFrames
Connect your accounts
Connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube and LinkedIn once from Accounts. You can connect several accounts per platform and disconnect any of them at any time.
Schedule a video
Pick a finished video from your Library, choose the accounts, write the caption and pick a time. Post to TikTok and cross-post to Reels and Shorts in the same step.
Manage the calendar
See every scheduled post on the content calendar and drag a post to reschedule it.
TikTok scheduler posting slots
Give each account daily posting slots — say 9:00, 13:00 and 19:00. Campaigns fill the next free slot, so videos are spread across the day and two campaigns never post to the same account at the same time.
Best times to post with a TikTok scheduler
There's no universal best time; it depends on where your audience is. Start with morning, lunch and evening slots in your audience's time zone, then compare views per slot in analytics and move slots towards what works.
Scheduling videos that don't exist yet
Campaigns are where the TikTok scheduler becomes automation. Give a campaign a list of prompts (typed, pasted as CSV or pulled from a Google Sheet), the accounts to post to and a schedule. Each run makes a new video from the next prompt, renders it and posts it into the next slot. Read more in social media video automation.
Analytics after you post
ReelFrames pulls views, likes, comments and shares back from each platform for posts it published, so you can see which videos and which hooks are working without opening five apps.
Failed posts and notifications
Platforms sometimes reject a post — an expired connection, a file the platform doesn't like, a temporary outage. ReelFrames tells you when a post fails (in the app and by email, if you want) so you can reconnect or retry. Webhooks can forward post.published and post.failed events to your own tools.
TikTok scheduler rules to know
- TikTok, Instagram and YouTube each have their own content and spam rules; scheduled posts must follow them.
- Platforms may label AI-generated content. ReelFrames applies required labels on your behalf.
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- ReelFrames isn't affiliated with TikTok or any other platform — see our disclaimer.
Why use a TikTok scheduler at all?
TikTok rewards accounts that post consistently, but life doesn't run on a posting schedule. A scheduler separates making content from publishing it, so you can create in batches when you have time and publish steadily whether you're free or not.
Benefits of a TikTok scheduler built into a video studio
- No export–upload loop. Videos go from render to scheduled post without leaving the app.
- One calendar for five platforms. TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn side by side.
- Automation-ready. Campaigns can fill your posting slots with videos made on the fly.
- Feedback loop. Analytics come back into the same place you plan.
Batching with a calendar
Most creators find it easier to make a week of videos in one session than one video every day. Batch on Sunday, schedule the week, and spend the rest of the week engaging with comments.
TikTok scheduler weekly template
- Mon–Fri: one educational slideshow at your morning slot
- Tue & Thu: one product or offer video at your evening slot
- Weekend: your best-performing format from last week, re-angled
TikTok scheduler setup checklist
Ten minutes of setup saves hours later. Work through this once per account.
Before you schedule with the TikTok scheduler
- Connect the TikTok account (and any Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn accounts you'll cross-post to).
- Set daily posting slots in your audience's time zone.
- Create a brand kit so every scheduled video looks consistent.
- Turn on failed-post notifications in Settings.
- Optionally, set up a webhook to log every published post in your own tools.
Keeping connections healthy
Platform connections can expire or be revoked, for example after a password change. If a post fails because of a connection, reconnect the account from Accounts and reschedule.
TikTok scheduler troubleshooting
If a post fails, check the notification for the reason, fix it (reconnect, edit the caption, re-render) and drag the post to a new slot.
